Very difficult to say for sure. My opinion is that I think almost all of the elite boxers are on something. Most of them and their teams are a lot smarter and better at getting around it than Miller. If I had to say either way, based on that opinion - no he isn't clean.
His body does look more relaxed and droopy although I guess the oil hides everything a bit. I don't think he's been on anything since that test personally. Agree with you, I think people are hating on him too much. I'm no expert on this kind of thing but nothing there tells me he's cheating.
There's no way of knowing. That being said, remember Carl Lewis bad-mouthing Ben Johnson in the Olympics when Johnson was DQ'd and the gold went to Lewis, only to find out later Lewis was also juiced. The idea is to always stay one step ahead of the testing agencies. There are some guys you feel are inherently more ethical than others. That may be a carefully-contrived mirage but that is the way it seems. I think if Canelo felt he could get the edge and not get caught he would, but that doesn't mean he is.
The joke is that Carl Lewis wasn't a step ahead but got busted muliple times and swept under the carpet. He himself thought that was fair at the time because all (quite a few) US track and field athletes that got caught around the same period got the same treatment, creating a "level playingfield" according to him He might be keeping a low profile at the moment. But whatever is going on, he still has some of the benefits of last years use anyway.
