is Canelo taking all the fights that GGG SHOULD have taken?

Honestly, the boxing media is no better than the average fan here.

80% of the boxing media scored it for Mosley against De La hoya in the rematch.

The media seems to be better than the minority.

    I disagree.

The media is no better than the average fan on these sites.

So, did you see my response to you about GGG claiming 154-168? We're good on that? He talked the talk but was never willing to walk the walk?

This is hilarious. The OP actually uses Chavez Jr. and the ghost of Kov as examples of opponents who are NOT faded scalps. Those two are the poster children of faded washed up opponents.

Are ****ing ******ed or just really dumb?

I called them faded scalps you moron,
can you read? my whole point was that even THEY could have elevated GGs status far more than the people he has chosen to fight

Sorry, you are right, I was reading and watching football at the same time. My mistake and apologies.

Regarding your original statement, it would have made no difference. The rabid Canelo dick riders like Isa who celebrated Canelo’s “herioc” victories over those faded bums would have slammed GGG for fighting the same guys. I’m not a big GGG fan but don’t agree with all the criticism he receives. In his time, he fought and beat all the best guys at his natural weight. I wish the two top guys at WW would do the same.

Volume has been up, anyway it's working now. Yeah I see, he is usually just answering a question, saying as a rule of thumb he can fight anybody in that range. He wasn't ruling out a fight against anybody in that range if the timing was right and it worked out business wise. He wasn't going to say, Andre Ward? No way! He's to big and good! It was a possibility why not. He's not afraid of Ward, he used to get the better of Kovalev in sparring. Kovalev even said, you can't hurt this guy. Turns out it didnt happen and Canelo is way better than anybody thought. I dont hold it against him. I would like to see him step it up a little and fight Andrade and Charlo. I think he takes Andrade and Charlo is 50/50.

Golovkin did tried fighting Chavez. Chavez backed out of the negotiations for what looked to be a fight that was full steam ahead.
