I don't know, but he is pretty damn solid for a 20 year old.

Imo Mike Tyson was the most complete fighter at age 20. Even at 5' 10, he could do it all.

No way dude. I think Canelo is even more solid than Cotto has ever been.
Im a huge Cotto fan but he has some faults. Mainly his defense and weak chin. Canelo we only see tagged when he doesnt worry about the other guys power and only stunned once against Cottos little brother.

No, he is not close to the most complete 20 year old I've ever seen. He is a fantastic talent, but a more seasoned 20 year old would've buried Rhodes as soon as he realized Rhodes carried no firepower whatsoever in the fight (probably around round 4). He let the Spice Boy hang around far too long.

There have been some good suggestions already on here, but for me Wilfred Benitez at 17 was pretty incredible, several leagues above what Canelo is now and probably ever will be.

Really like Canelo though, would love to see him fight Cotto.

Apparently thats what Rhodes had. Power so he fought a more defensive fight. I was not familiar with Rhodes but most of the britt posters on here said that Rhodes could punch with both hands.

If i could change the title i would.

what i meant was to me. In the past 15 years what do you think? Thats the timeline that applies to me.

    Tyson? Naz?

Get lost. Canelo hasn't fought a world class fighter yet!!!!
