Is Canelo The New Floyd?

Pretty much. Fatnelo referenced that Mayweather-Pacquiao took 5+ years to make (it didn't take 5+ years to make, it was how long Floyd ducked Pac for :hey) and that his fight w/ Golovkin would be bigger down the road.

 

with golovkin being his obvious rival that he'll duck until he shows signs of slippage

 

Canelo was getting there, he had been on a crazy tear for a good 4 years. If he fights ggg and somehow wins, then beats every top mw and smw for the next decade straight then he could be the next fmj.

good for canelo here...i mean...ggg has had 34 stiff tests in a row...that ggg guy needs a break and im glad canelo recognized it....that ggg guy keeps pushing himself and hes gonna wear himself out with all of these stiff tests....i think after dom wade ggg needs to take a step back and maybe take a break.....its just too much

 

Ohhh he is alot worse than Mayweather now. With his latest statement about not being a Middleweight and not giving GGG concessions he has hit a new low. Ive never heard anything so ridiculous.

Just read an interview where he says how much he wants the fight but will not give up any advantages, meaning he wants all the money, he wants to drain GGG, etc..... So lame that the "Middleweight Champion *155*" is so afraid to fight the top contender (At least his handlers are)
