Is Carl Froch the second greatest British fighter of all time right behind Lewis?

I'm 18 and I live in the Northeast area (which is pretty good by Germantown, or West Philly standards). And in spite of all of that, things could still get out of hand over here. Not many blacks in the residential area I live (mostly whites and an assortment of Asian races living here), but my school is full of blacks and it's the goddamn wild west.

this guy wouldn't last with the smw of old, groves put him down with 1 right hand, can you imagine what a head hunter like benn could do or what the accuracy and strategy eubank and Watson would have brought to the table. not to mention the work rate of calzaghe and Collins.
only new boxing fan would put froch down as the 2nd best british fighter of all time, the smw of today is full of dried up one dimensional fighters (bar ward)
if someone with the flawed style of froch can be considered the 2nd in the division then that shows you the absence of talent at smw (bar ward obviously!)
