The Furys are Irish, Frankie Gavin ,John O Donnell, John McDermott all Irish.

Obviously all the black/Asian fighters are of various ethnicities.

The "English" arent left with much!

The British Royal family are ethnicaly German, Philip and Liz. That said, English are a Germanic North Sea race so it's NOT the same as if they were African , Punjabi or Han Chinese.

Since you mention it, the Normans did not migrate in numbers from Normandy, it was only the aristicocracy that was replaced, the rest remained Anglo-Saxon. But again they were a North Sea race (Normans = Norseman) How far do I want to go back? Well 776, the first English King. Well over a thousand years before we had today's very recent post WW2 ethnic arrivals.

 

They were born in England, they were raised in England...they're English...deal with it.

Uisng your logic, all the Iirish decended English fighters arent really English either.

Lewis and Khan are not ethnically English. Deal with that. Do we have no ethnic minorities in England? :rofl Fury is white and English born but of Irish traveller ancestry. Ethnically he is not English. Hence why he loves Ireland.

 

It has been dealt with. Nobody here is claiming Lewis or Khan are ethnically British (just like many of the American champs are not ethnically American etc) so I don't see why this is even an argument.

Sure you have tonnes of English ethnic minorities.

You have English peiople of Carribean decent

You have English people of Eastern European decent

You have English people of Asian decent.

Legally they are British 100%. Black Britsh in Lewis's case and Punjabi British in Khan's case, but without any British ancestry. Fury loves Ireland for a good reason. Froch loves his Polish granny and goes on about his Polish genes. Lewis says he's Jamaican first, you argue with him.
