i never picked a scenario? WTF..

you just quoted my post asking you why do you keep saying the fight taking place at 145 where i clearly posted and repeated the referred one after, this discussion is getting ridiculous, better end this now or i'll go crazy because of your stupidity or shall we say memory loss..:nut

this is thread is nothing to do with defending pacquiao or something, this is about exposing haters and cheap party crashers..

It was. Pac agreed to jump two divisions higher, Oscar agreed to go down one division lower. They met at welter.

It was a catchweight. Otherwise Pac would have fought Oscar's comfort zone at 154. The fact that both fighters agreed to meet at a certain weight is a catchweight.

Yet the conversation revolves around Manny Pacquaio and nothing to do with some of the more OPEN absuers of this catchweight system.

Could somebody tell me why Juan Diaz and Paulie Malignaggi are doing catchweights? How about the potential rumored catchweight fight between Valero and Soto?

If it happens once n a while it's fine...otherwise you get people having catchweight fights just to have them.

It goes hand in hand though. Manny is the biggest name in the sport right now, and he opened the door.

Diaz and Paulie is simply ridiculous. I guess with their respective, frightening power punching abilities, a compromise had to be made.

Listen, you've been in the thread for the first three pages. What name is coming up more than anyone else.

    Manny.

    Then Cotto

    Then Floyd

Aka the triangle of hell when it comes to this catchweight nonsense.

MANNY AND COTTO should be at 147 or no title at all . if manny wants to come in lower and COTTO AT 147 its al good if manny cant accept that then he should defend his 140 pound title again'st the number one CONTENDER.when is the last time manny has ever defended any TITLE.
