A nailed on hall of famer in my opinion. Blinding handspeed and would have been the only yank in with a shout of beating Joe Calzaghe. Ok so he's had his bad times but what fighter hasn't? The bottom line is that he has learnt from his mistakes and improved in his following fights. The biggest victories of his career are still in front of him.
You mean that guy fighting an 8 rounder on an undercard while he sits on his paper title? That Diaconu?
the hype champion at the moment is between Dawson, Valero and Williams. i think i might give it to Dawson.
Future? Who knows. Present? Well if you take out Calzaghe as retired and Mayweather, I Vaszquez and R Marquez as inactive for too long....maybe there is a way a big fan of his can find a way he can scrape into the bottom of the top twenty
im a big dawson fan and i think he has massive potential. its sad though because the biggest name in his division doesnt want to fight him. i think he should go about unifying the lhw division but nowdays thats easier said then done
hes will have to move up to hw for big fights, he might get a fight with hopkins but i dout it.hes needs a super fight but against who ? is only hope was joe and now he is retired so i dont know what he can do.beating taver again and fight glen and wining want put him past 9 if you ask me. he will have to dominate his divison with all the belts and win win win win and more win.
i don't see how he's not a p4p top 10 right now. he's beaten adamek impressively, johnson, tarver, and harding. that's better than anything caballero's done.
Stupid people like you shouldn't bother posting. He has to fight Tarver again. There was a rematch clause in the contract.:deal
I would think he's probably already lower top 10, or on the fringes at least. Very skilled fighter and he's done quite well over the last few years picking up some impressive wins.
