Is Charlo/Benavidez still happening?

Everything I've seen says fight is on. Look like Charlo will cough up some money.

 

Charlo is scared. I don't think he was overweight due to lack of training but a pre meditated strategy because a loss to a guy that isn't even a gatekeeper would spell the end for him. He is going to beat Benevidez down.

 

Charlo looks terrible, I think he's going to struggle big time against Benevidez, maybe even get dropped.

 

I expect Charlo to dismantle him BUT I also think Charlo is weak minded and if Benevidez can get to him or frustrate him, we could very well witness a ring meltdown of Broner-Maidana proportions. I feel like this just too much of a hand picked softball fight for Charlo, or at least it should be.

 

the Charlos have really bottled it they cannot sanction that fight surely

 

So the Houston Hare ducked Canelo at Super Middle only to come back and fight the weaker Benevidez at Super Middleweight… (all respect to Benevidez, but Charlo has no business fighting him).

He should be stripped of his belt and I hope they cash out generously.

Clearly this fraud is fighting for nothing more than his mortgage payments and the tab at his local bar.

I wouldn't mind if Charlo could disappear into oblivion. He does nothing for boxing. Nothing more than a **** stain. It would be an early Xmas present if Benavidez could beat him.

Jermall Charlo has made a mockery of the sport, 2 years inactive and now this. The WBC decision not to strip him has been farcical and they should do so immediately after this fight (which will still happen imo).

Charlo looked off around his eyes even after the hydration plus his physique lacked a little muscle I'm used to seeing on him a huge difference really makes you think?

This might be Joses best chance to beat him at the same time I could still see a KO from Charlo at some point in the match
