Is Chisora the most charismatic British boxer since Chris Eubank?

Yes, I think Derreck 'G' Chisora is far more charistmatic and brings more excitement to the sport than previous fake hype heroes.

Hatton, Calzaghe, Hamed, Haye, Lewis were either plain boring or extremely unexciting personalities.

The only British boxer I think that's way above Chisora in intellect, excitement and marketability was Chris Eubank.

    Agree? :deal

    Marketability?

Eubank's whole media personna was an act, Chisora is an impulsive eccentric,

Chisora is definitely an eccentric but I don't think he is charasmatic. He can actually be quite boring in interviews. It's more the madcap antics and bizarre news reports that make him noteworthy.

Charismatic is the wrong word, eccentric is far more fitting for Delboy.

    Not quite.:nono
Coming in unconditioned and overweight when he had a chance to do what many people want to see (put Tyson Fury in his place) didn't exactly endear him to the hardcore or casual boxing fans.
I agree he's endearing in a "there's that nutter on who's not a bad fighter" way,but I don't think Ant n Dec need to worry about losing their jobs or popularity just yet.Although I remember thinking when he bit the guy and got convicted of beating on his girlfriend,"that guy could be more popular than Ricky Hatton ever was."

Hatton was more charismatic. He had so much support, especially against Mayweather.

Absolute BS. Hatton had an absolutely huge following and Naz was way more charismatic outside the ring as well as inside the ring. Haye was all hype though

A large following doesn't mean a boxer is hugely charismatic. Eubank never had a gigantic following but was certainly charismatic. Frank Bruno had zero charisma and was a terribly boring and unexciting personality but he had a large following.

He brings a lot of drama to the sport and he's funny.

However he's not a nice person and not completely honest.

Not at all, have you seen most of his interviews? He looks completely disinterested and talks as though he's just smoked 10 spliffs.
