I don't think people cared about it that much outside of England and certain sections in Germany. So I suppose using your criteria and to answer your question then Huck vs Povetkin, (huge fight in Germeny) Mormeck vs Wlad( Huge deal in France, huge stadium sold out) and Vitali vs Adamek (Huge deal in Poland, Biggest boxing event ever taking place in Poland, huge stadium sold out) were massive fights as well. Personally Huck vs Povetkin was possibly the biggest fight I was looking forward to and it didn't disappoint. Also I'm well aware Mormeck Wlad was a mismatch but the numbers speak for themselves.
I dont rate Chisora but he is/was a big draw.People did watch. Im pretty sure it was globally the biggest HW fight since Haye/Wlad. Those fights you mentioned were only big in the countries they were hosted in. My point was he and Haye brought a lot expousure to HW and that cant be a bad thing.
BULLLLLLSHHHHIIIIITT Huck V Povetkin got no press in the UK or USA before ut happened and Haye v Chisora did. It was a bug fight, it had build up, needle and some unanswered questions over Haye, even a Kiltschko angle. Noone cares what you were most looking forward to, he was talking about an overall boxing community perspective
That's two Countries in the entire World, two! I would wager that viewer wise Huck Povetkin did far more viewers over Chisora vs Haye if you want to be pedantic. Haye Chisora wasn't even on any of the major channels in the UK or the USA.
