Would people really pick Lara over Eubank with any degree of certainty? I wouldn't. CEJ is younger, bigger, hits harder and has a much, much better chin.

If this were an amateur fight then Lara would easily outpoint him over a short distance but in a 12 rounder in the pro game? That seems a dubious proposition to me indeed.

 

Eubank Jr is there to be outboxed and I think Lara outboxes him easily - really poor style matchup for him.

Incidentally, has anyone else noticed a swarm of really weirdly pro-Eubank Jr accounts have joined recently?

 

I see where you're coming from but am less than convinced Lara is the master boxer people make him out to be. If Angulo could get to him then I'm sure naturally bigger men will.

I'm not particularly high on CEJ but think Lara might be the most overrated fighter currently discussed on these boards.
