Probably, he does have a couple noteworthy wins. And he is undefeated, and has been WBA featherweight champion for 9 years with 16 title defenses. To say he could have done more when his list of accomplishments reads so impressively seems a bit ridiculous. But that don't mean it's not completely true.
CJ cops a bit of flack for not competing in the US as much as he should but if you watched the first Juarez fight you can see why. He had that fight won comprehensivly and only really lost the last 2 rounds imo and it was called a draw. Worst part was Rocky's reaction after as if he had been robbed :-(
