Its just forcing a guy to come in at a weight that hes uncomfortable at for an advantage.

For example, a catchweight of 144 pounds is still a welterweight fight but one guy makes another come in light to make up for some shortcoming that the other fighter has.

If he really wants AM to come down to 152 I think thats pretty weak. Its not like Cotto came up from fly weight like Pacquiao did. I'll actually lose a little respect for Cotto if he tries this catchweight bs. Catchweight fights should only take place when the guys who are fighting are seperating by at least 2 weight divisions i.e. Pacquiao vs DLH

Obviously... LMAO ***** as ****.. I can understand pac being a small WW, bu this dude Cotto holds the LMW title, fought 2 times there at that limit but wants to pull a Pacquiao..

Tell cotto to vacate his ****ing title move to 147, and then give him the catch weight.. that some ***** ass ****. He knows Margo is gonna come in huge because Cotto is a small LMW... and Margo is huge... and he wants to prevent this... cause Margo will kill him again..

    NOT AGAIN DADDY PLEASE....

Back to topic. The catchweight issue is bull****. I'm giving Cotto the befefit of a doubt and guess this is just a typical negotiating ploy.
