    HOF, yes.

    ATG, no.

    He has solid depth of quality victories, but lacks true "ATG" top notch wins.

    biggest problem with Cotto is his title victories

    3 vacant titles and 2 knee injury titles (Foreman was losing before the knee went)

    just hurts his standing for me that he never beat a great prime healthy guy for a title

    does have some phenomenal wins

    controversially i dont think margarito cheated in fight 1

    Tyson and Hearns were leagues above Gatti though.

    Hearns is an ATG in achievements/abilities. Not just an exciting KO guy.

    ATG are top 100 fighters ever imo.

    Cotto does not break that however he is a great fighter and one of the top fighters of last 10 years

    Hearns is better than Floyd. Floyd is hardly an ATG fighter. Hearns beat many HOF and great fighters. Hagler? He beat Hearns, but Hearns is my mind was always more iconic and had a better resume and moved up and beat champions at other weights. What is this post about? Hagler and Floyd over Hearns? Floyd???????? He is too afraid to fight Pacman. Hearns beat everyone except Leonard and Hagler out of Cuevas,Benitez,Duran,Hagler,Hill,Leonard. and fought everyone.

    Hearns is league about Floyd. Hearns is a top 25 ATG on his wins. you people don't know boxing.

    Cotto cannot be an ATG. He lost to Trout and looks ordinary in some fights and then beats older guys like Sergio and Shane. He is not ATG. He lost in a wipe out to Margarito. ATG no way. HOF? Maybe yes.

    I just voted yes but should have voted no. Cotto is a fighter who should be remembered as one of the best of his time, however he will not even be in the top 100 fighters of all time. Too fighter who gives his all, but many fighters from the past would have defeated him.
