Is Cotto at the end of his road ?

Im just saying i dont see the point.... so he fights on a picks up an alphabet strap, probably is in some decent scraps down the line with some fighters that match up against him but, for what? i dont see him doing any legacy enhancing things from here on out, i dont care who can see it or who cant, i can... cotto has lost the form hes had and unless he makes the changes in the gym and inside the ring hes not going to be the same cotto, hes at 147 now where a lot of the guys he will be facing are big, strong guys who can hurt him....
hes young, has a family and fame..... why fight a bunch of semi pointless fights and continue getting punished? retire and enjoy himself, move on to the next chapter of his life for Gods sakes.... getting beat down like he has is no joke and theres no magical number saying he can take 'this' many more before he will start slurring his words.


its not worth it.... Cotto is BETTER then that and WAS better then that. A fighter like cotto should be fighting for legacy or nothing at all, he doesnt need money, hes not one of these guys that just LOVE fighting that thats why they remain in the sport, hes better then a guy hunting for a pointless abc belt or mid top 10 guys, hes a big fight fighter.... meaning his place is in with the best of his division, and unless he REALLY, REALLY wants it, and changes what he needs to in the gym and inside the ring.... i just dont see the point.

Whatever he decides i support him, and im not saying i dont think he could.... im just saying with the top guys right now being mosley, pac, margarito, mayweather, clottey, ect.... and cotto very well possibly having seen his best days and him handling pressure now even worse then he used to, i just dont see the point. Im sick of seeing fighters i love fighting past their best
