i dont think cotto is done but he will never be 100% to where he was after beating mosley, from a mental point of view to da punishment he has took.he isnt even 30 yet and is still a key name in this sport hes definitely not finished and is still p4p but 100% da same as b4? i dont think so..and im da biggest cotto fan ill b there on june12 to see him rock foreman dis is a fight set up for him 2 win and on da eve of da pr parade he cant lose ide say he got 1 more nice big run in him b4 he hangs da gloves up

You're right he can't lose. Not when he's the hometown fighter and Arum has the judges in his pockets. Just like the Clottey and Mosley fights, Foreman will be robbed and Cotto given a gift decision. Face it, Cotto has been done for a long time now. He has to be one of the most vastly overrated fighters in this era. What has he truly accomplished besides catching worse beatings than a coked out Rodney King driving a stolen car at night through Beverly Hills?

Wins over Jennings, Sosa, Urkle, Giavanno, Torres, N'Dou:patsch
Gift decisions over Mosley and Clottey
Completely and utterly annihialated against Pac and Margaritoe

Wow, what a hall of fame worthy resume.

Guess it really dont matter when Harris is the only one im betting against, It went from "Foreman will demolish Cotto" to "Cotto will get a gift decision"

Starting to think that idiot is nothing more than a troll

There use to be a time when fighters would have over 100 fights with more than 10 of them coming by losses, great fighters. Nowdays, 1 loss = shot. Fickle.

Good point.....however, I'm starting to think Cotto's better days are behind him. He wasn't disciplined in the Pacquiao fight and should have charged in
    on Margarito.
We'll see how he fares in his next fight....hope he stays away from the Henikens !!!

I agree with you but its not so simple. There was a time when fighters would step into the ring every 2 weeks and fight even if they were sick.

Nowadays these fighters often have 8-10 weeks training camps for these big fights and are conditioned to achieve their absolute peak condition on fight night.

But then again like I said I agree with what you're saying. Its kind of a grey zone where at the same time 1 loss doesn't mean **** but it means a ****load more than it did back then simply due to the way the nature of the sport has changed.

Cotto is as shot as JFK, and I like Cotto. He is the type of fighter that will destroy his legacy if he continues. From now on if he gets popped pretty good he will fold.
