He's can be used as 'was'
It only depends if you use past or present inside your statement/sentence.

Again, this topic is in wrong forum. Let's not talk about this unless you want to be an english teacher lol

Hes not shot, Hes just faded. He is too slow at this weight but one can understand why He doesnt want to put the work to get back to 147 at this point in his career.

You rewatch the Pac fight and his speed and explosiveness was significantly different.

all i can say is can anyone here deny that cotto looked like his best against money? he ****in brought it all, mentally and physically he felt he had a chance against the best only to fail big time. we've witnessed the highs and lows of this man. got cheated by brickfists, lowest of the low and still drained badly at a catchweight. who the hell gives credit to a win like that? meanwhile we've seen him come from bottom, build himself up 3 consecutive wins and ultimatley redeeming himself against cheato. and we all know who slayed that beast.

Those 3 wins you mentioned weren't even real competitions in 154
Now he just faced a real competition in 154 in Trout which has become lol
Hype just made you believe was in the real competition @ 154

assuming that PAC and FLoyd are arguably top ~40 ATG
then loosing to them is hardly and indication of being shot.
We do not know what Trout is bringin to the p4p table
fot sure he had the size advantage, lets see how he
    looks like against Alvarez
