This. He's not over the hill yet, but he's certainly working his way down.

    Not close to prime.

Far too many wars from 140-154.

He won the lottery when Martinez cashed out, but he fought the weakest titlist at 154 in Foreman, defended it vs a faded Mayorga, a no-bricks MargoCHEATO who for all intents and purposes was probably ALWAYS a Blevel fighter without the cement gloves, and then was something like dominated by Trout.

He did ok vs the smaller Mayweather, but was still soundly beaten.

Cement gloves MargoCheato beat the best out of Cotto and Pac finished him off. Not saying the Clottey and Mosley wars didnt beat some of his prime out as well.:think

Have you ever made a post without name-dropping your idol?
You're worse than MVC and his obsession with Floyd.

    Not prime, still dangerous.

That's the first I've heard that. You and boxingmaster just can't stop, can you?

    Yes he is.
Cotto's fans swear Martinez was in his "prime" at 39, so of course Cotto is in his prime at 33.

Cotto was a beast and undefeated at 140. Prime between 140-147

No but all of Canelo's fans should get on here everyday for the next year and argue vociferously that Cotto was a prime killing machine and Canelo's win over him is career defining.
