Cotto ducked beating incumbent champions. He's the vacant title winning king.

Oh and he also dethroned crippled Martinez and Foreman. It's amazing how that has happened to him twice.

Hopkins, Ward, Lara, JMM, Bradley. I'm sure there are more.

Being devil's advocate, you could argue Hopkins ducked the RJJ rematch when it really mattered. I doubt JMM ducked Morales but that's a fight that should've happened.

I don't think Lara has been too keen to give Molina a rematch and Bradley seemed happy not to face Khan.

Cotto cherry picks too. Injured fighters, vacant titles. I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't fight Golovkin. He's just milking it right now.

The biggest cherry pickers are Manny and Amir lets face it.

Cotto fought prime Manny, Magarito and Mosley and you call him a cherry picker? :nut

How is Ward ducking? The dude has had legal issues with Goosen promotions. Are you trying to say that he got into this mess to duck people?

Also, it would be a good idea to learn how to use punctuation, or at least capital letters.

Canelo Alvarez ducks no man - just keeps on accepting the biggest challenges. He had no incentive at all to fight Trout and Lara (boring, not remotely a draw, bad style matchups) but kicked both their asses. Did not need to accept Mayweathers ***gish "152" demands...but he did and nearly died on the scale.

Was ready to step up and go to war with Pwill and Kirland. Now he's after the lineal MW champ. He said he'll fight GGG soon and there's no reason to doubt him.

Canelo is the ultimate example of ducking nobody and constantly seeking out the best.

No incentive. How about to be taken serious as a legitimate top level boxer. You sure are giving him a huge amount of credit for fighting the other guys in his own weight division which was long overdue any damn way. SMDH at some of these so called boxing fans these days. Why the hell is everybody so quick to give someone credit for doing what they suppose to do?
