I think so, he better be able to time him.

I know Clottey is no joke but Cotto didn't look good in that fight, he better find something and fight his ass off if he doesn't want to get beat by Pac

pac's fast foot speed and in/out attack will trouble cotto the most.

I think he looked fine...besides you can deal with speed using timing...Cotto did it against Mosely and against Judah, although he did have his problems early. He'll have problems, who wouldn't but he can deal with speed. Really the big problem for him will come if Pac can box well enough to stay away from his left hands to the body....and thats movement not speed.

No, he's fast too, not as fast as Pacquiao but hes quick with his punches. I rewatched the Clottey fight today and Cotto slip a lot of Clottey punches.

    Slower than Pac, of course.

Too slow for Pac, well, we'll have to see the fight first.

I think plaster of paris makes your hands a little slower.

Is Pac faster, yes, but so was Judah and I thought Cotto held its own.

    Yes.

Cotto's only hope is to time Pac, if not Pac will eat him in less than 7 rounds.

Pac will make anyone he fights look slow. Cotto is NOT slow compared to others at welter but Pacquiao is on another level of speed. Pac will be landing a lot of punches at will in this fight and Cotto will have to handle them to land his own.

    No..... cottos speed is deceiving

timing is the key and cotto has it.. he better be prepared for pacs assault though
