Slower than Pacquiao? Yes! Does he has the tools to counter that speed?? YES! Will cotto show up with enough stamina and the right gameplan????? WHO KNOWS???

Clottey has great stamina. He is always in top shape, but doesn't throw as many punches as Pacquiao. But I also think Clottey can take a lot more punishment than Manny.
And lets not forget that huge cut under Cotto's eye. That really limited him a lot. I hope that doesn't open again during his fight with Manny.

Call me pactact if you want but COTTO will look old and shot when he fights PAC, thus haters will say COTTO is too slow coz he is weight drained!

his punches to me are short and fast manny is fast but his punches are long so you can acyually see the start of his punch where it can allow you to get out the way where cotto's punches are short that i don't even know if manny would see it

You are talking as if Cotto is faster than PAC

KINDLY check all the comments of PAC's opponents after the fight to give you a dose of reality about speed.

    cheers!

He wasnt too slow for Judah and Mosley.

He will spar with Calderon who is faster and much better boxer than Pac.

Cotto puts too much weight on his front foot and that is why he is going to get raked by Pacquiao's left hand, mark my words.

One of the other reasons Pacquiao will have success imo is because Cotto does not close distance quickly and that will allow Pacquiao time and space so he can keep himself from getting back up to the ropes, and we all know its Pacquiao all day in the centre of the ring with that speed of hand and foot.

Just stop. Don't tell them fools nothin.

Everyone keeps bringing up Clottey. Mistake #1. Cotto looked as good as anyone can expect to look against Clottey. And with a ****ed up eye.

    Cotto in 4.

Pac could take advantage on his speed over Cotto. But Cotto could possibly change that in and out quickness rhythm of Pac once he timed and lands a power punch that could hurt the p4p king or could end the fight early on by a first punch.
