is cotto worthy of hall of fame?

    this is ridiculous of course he is!!! The guy has faced top opposition throughout his career. If Arturo Gatti is worthy then why not Cotto. This is not meant to degrade Gatti (R.I.P). I understand what he brought to the sport, however, Cotto is H.O.F material.

    Worthy by bravery, but not by accomplishments. Not yet at least.

    I think the HOF should be for all-time greats only...if you let every good fighter in...it cheapens the whole thing. So your asking me if Cotto is an ATG? No, he isn't.

    Sumbu Kalambay was a better fighter and had a better resume than Cotto...the hall of fame still eludes him.

    he isnt finished yet people. he had a good run and defintly in the top 20 fighters of the half decade.

    but personally i think joel casamayor has more reason to be in the hall.

    There are fighters who had accomplished less than Cotto in the BHOF!!
