    Not really. You can get too much good sparring and it affects your confidence and mindset. You go into fights wanting to survive rather than to win as this is what you are used to in sparring.

    He is one of the best sparring partners in the business. He took the hard route in the states, if he was over here he would be a contender at least for domestic and euro titles.

    He'll provide great sparring for Canelo and vice versa. McEwan can bounce back from the Lee loss. I'd love to see him take on Barker/Macklin/Murray. There's a possibility Macklin and McEwan could fight down the line as they are both promoted by Goldenboy.
