Is Crawford at 135, 140, and 147 on the same level as Floyd?

He does everything better than Floyd, expect defense. Crawford has a better chin and is much better in the pocket. Thoughts?

I wouldn't say he has a better chin than Floyd
Floyd was a defence master, but he could not do what Bud does switching stances...they are just different fighters.

    Except that's not exactly true.

Floyd mastered techniques Crawford hasn't including but not limited to the stuttering of his jab (See Mayweather V Canelo) The rear split entry as well as the pull counter.

These offensive skills allowed Floyd to do something else Crawford can't do as well, which is make adjustments in real time in the middle of the round. Crawford has to go back to his corner, to his credit he does listen to his trainers, but Floyd adjusted two or even three times mid round.

Gamboa v Crawford is just an example off the top of my head but Bud had no answers for Gamboas throw away left hook/straight right and ate shots to the face repeatedly.

Yes, they both are boring as hell and try hard to duck good fighters.

Yeah…. But I don’t see Crawford struggling with Mariana or the Oscar that fought Floyd.

True however everyone has bad nights. I have a feeling it will be easier to debate once Buds career is over. Personally I believe he's going to stop Porter and can't wait.

Only thing he does better is switch stances. Mayweather does everything better, especially Pretty Boy floyd version.

Honestly, pretty boy would get stopped by Crawford due to his
    Inability to make adjustments

Not sure who would win, but no way in hell would Floyd have fought Crawford.

    Lets talk chin here

Crawford does not have a better chin.
    Small Gamboa Rocked him

That mean machine guy whoever he is Dropped crawford

Mosley Flush on the chin and Flush on the Temple fresh off knocking margarito out couldnt drop floyd
Noway the lightweight and mean machine drops floyd
Maidana threw Floyd tooth in the crowd and didnt drop floyd

we talking chino and mosley vs mean machine and gamboa I cant say bud has the better chin

Crawford has immense ability but doesn't have the same calibre if opponents to prove himself against. For this reason, Crawford will never be considered to be at Floyd's level.

Your crazy if you think he would stop Pretty boy lol. Pretty boy was a offensive and defensive wizard. Crawford is all offense and can be tricked into exchanging. Pretty boy would set traps to counter Crawford. Crawford makes way too many mistakes for Mayweather not to capitalize.

What a joke. Beside punching power and switching stance, there’s nothing Crawford has on Floyd. Crawford doesn’t even throw crisp sharp punches half the time and can be lure into exchanges. Crawford is good especially in comparison to the rest of the guys at Welterweight, he’s nowhere near Floyd’s level. You put 34 year old Crawford vs 34 year old Floyd, Floyd would systematically outclass him.

The same Crawford that struggled against a one legged Benavidez and got dropped by Mean Machine. That version of Oscar would’ve kick Crawford’s ass. Oscar wasn’t weight drained like he was against Pacquiao.
