I don't feel Crawford has truly tested himself with enough tall, fat, depressed cokeheads who should've lost to random journeymen, fringe contenders and debuting non-boxers already to have a p4p type of resume.
Spence was so damaged already going into this fight, it's sickening they allowed this fight to happen. Khan is Crawford's best win.
Terence Crawford is a natural LW and the relevant portion of his amateur career was spent at LW. Everything that he's accomplished above SLW should be lauded because mostly everyone from SLW up was larger than him, not necessarily in height but framewise. Original question: Spence is by name, but his best win was probably against Postol given what we can see in hindsight.
I would say Madrimov is a better win than Spence… although you could make an argument that he just barely beat Madrimov, while he destroyed Spence. Regardless, I’d still say Madrimov is the best opponent he has faced.
Lol nah, dude was a giant ass LW, it legit looked like he was bullying people on size alone in some of those fights. His resume is meh but can't really blame him, era is weak.
That was a SRL who had come out of retirement whereas Spence was an outstanding unified world champion who it could be argued may have been at the peak of his career going into the fight with Bud.
Crawford outsized most of his opponents from SLW, LW and W. and the last time he fought was against Madrimov which he weighted over 180lbs on the fight night heavier than Madrimov and you consider him natural lightweight? You are overhyping Crawford.
