Is Crawfords best win Spence?

    I never saw a great fighter in Spence. One of the most overrated fighters I have seen. Made his name on decisioning little guys moving up and GGGs left overs. 7 out of 10 fighter pushed as an elite. And that was when he was in his prime, not the version Crawford fought.

    Yes clearly a natural LW. Only walks around at 172lbs.

    It’s probably Madrimov by a long shot followed by Spence, Porter and Kavaliauskas in any order you choose

    At no point did I say he wasn't a large LW. I said he was a natural one. Again, his amateur career was as a LW as was the formative portion of his pro career.

    Yeah, he really was oversized vs. Burns, Dulorme, Lundy, Prescott, Molina etc.....I could go on and on. He wasn't even as large as Ray Leonard at WW.

    Do I need to give a course regarding weight cuts and how nearly every single professional boxer cuts significant weight to compete at the division they compete at?

    Juan Manuel Lopez letharged up to 200 lbs at a point during his active career, and got back down to make weight (amazingly), was he still not a natural SBW? Juan Diaz was a 200+ teen but he made his bones at LW. He's not a natural LW? For God's sake look at Tim Bradley and Ricky Hatton! Both of them looked like jolly elves outside the ring. Everybody cuts significant weight, similar to Crawford. I personally think weigh ins should be same day, but they aren't so here we are. We're not gonna pick and choose who big weight cuts are acceptable from and who they aren't. If you can make the weight, you make the weight.

    Ultimately, this is off topic.................the question is who was his best win,

    Spence is and was a quality fighter and champion and his record and performances proved it.

    I've watched lots of Crawford interviews. Yeah, sure he ain't Mr Personality and charisma (albeit he does have more of a personality than he showed on camera for a long time since he dropped his guard) but I've always found him a likeable good guy sans one or two times where he hurled his toys out of the pram regarding him deserving P4P#1 status or not

    I've obviously also watched loads of Usyk interviews too and the amount of times I've seen the interviewer introduce Crawford as the P4P king or P4P#1 is crazy

    As in ''I'm here with the P4P King''

    I honestly can't remember one time where I have ever seen the same happen with Usyk. I may have seen it once or at a real stretch maybe even possibly twice

    Talk about disrespect

    Crawford is a great talent and fighter but he ain't an Usyk and nor is what he has achieved on Usyk's level or more worthy of him being ranked P4P#1 above him

    FTR, I've had Crawford P4P top 3 for a long time and I do rate him very highly and appreciate his skill level and fighting style. However, the Usyk disrespect is outrageous.

    If the roles were reversed and Crawford had done exactly what Usyk has and vice versa I guarantee you very few would have Usyk ranked over Crawford and Crawford would still be introduced by interviewers as the P4P king and they would still only do so to Usyk once in a blue moon.

    Its insane to put him anywhere close to Usyk p4p with such a weak resume, but I still put him above inoue .

    Crawford was a gigantic 135 pounder and he was much bigger or much naturally bigger than those guys down there

    He weighed more at 135 against Beltran (who he had 9lbs on IIRC) than career 140 Postol did against him at 140 (he had 5lbs on Postol in their fight)

    He was rehydrating as much as 18lbs at 135

    17lbs at 140

    He would've been rehydrating roughly the same at 147 so with the exception of maybe one or two who may have been a bit heavier, he was at least as big as those guys at 147 and you could see that in the ring. He even admitted 147 was getting hard to make and he looked drained at the weigh in for Spence

    The fact he weighed more for his 154 debut, his 4th weight class, than career 154 Madrimov did (169.8lbs to 168.6lbs) whilst looking very lean says it all

    I told everyone he would weigh about the same as the ''much bigger'' Madrimov if not a bit more and Serge was right yet again

    Crawford never looked huge in any division he fought. All of these huge and massive comments are ridiculous. That man is 5’8, small framed with deceiving physical strength.

    I don’t see the insanity in it. I’ve been high on Bud for several years. He’s been showing and proving every time. Usyk is skilled but there’s nothing dynamic about him. His victories over Fury and Joshua could easily be considered overrated by those who like to nitpick.

    I can tell you one thing, it’s enjoyable being a Crawford fan and watching him be a real dog in the ring. Nothing boring about his performances.

    Spence wont fight again most likely.

    Crawford had quality wins over Spence, Porter, Brooks, Postol, Burns, and Madrimov. I personally thought Madrimov beat him but apparently I'm in the minority on this website as well as boxing twitter. And it remains to be seen how good Madrimov is...

    Nonetheless Crawford ranks 3rd behind Usyk and Inoue in P4P rankings. BamBam is starting to make things close too for that 3rd spot.
