I know most people are reporting that this fight is going to happen on May 14th, but after reading the article on the front page, it sounds to me like Mijares doesn't want to fight Martinez. Is he afraid of getting knocked out again? :think
In the article on the front page, it states that the IBF is stripping the title from him is he fights Bouziane instead of Martinez without filing an exception with IBF...They've given him a deadline and he hasn't responded yet...make you wonder?
I used to think so before he got destroyed by Vic. Mijares is so fun to watch sometimes because he can make anyone miss standing 2 feet in front of them. Does he still have that kind of illusive quality about him or is he damaged goods?
