    I think so.

Very poor crop of lightweights, TOP-6 boxrec are Micky Bey, Denis Shafikov, Miguel Vasquez, Kevin Mitchell, Miguel Roman, Petr Petrov.

NOT a single A or A- level fighter in the whole division :-(

I think Lomachenko or Walters can move up to lightweight right now and clean out that division EASILY

It's been awful and void of any real entertainment or dominant fighter since Marquez moved up post-Katsidis. Miguel Vazquez is the best the division has offered since then for Gods' sake (should have beaten Bey without question, although in some way I suppose I wish they both lost that fight... not a draw, but two losses).

EDIT: As much as I hate on Rios I will say his LW bouts with Acosta and Antillon, his first two fights that really launched him and two of his three best career victories, were great fights to watch. I find Rios vs. Acosta to actually be underrated. Great fight that one.
