Rafael is on the Golden Boy payroll. He has been for some time now(although he is right about Margo being a hypocrite).

Dan Rafeal, ESPN's self professed "Boxing Guru" is a ****ing disgrace and the shame is, he's the liaison between the boxing world and the casual boxing fan. The fact that he passionately supports the DLH/Pacquiao fight tells it all. For all of you that can't stand Larry Merchant, you need to take a good look at Rafael. Larry tells it like it is and calls a **** matchup a **** matchup. To me Rafael is just a mouthpiece for the Golden Boy Productions and the other big Promotors. I mean, he had Alfredo Gomez listed as a top 10 welterweight prior to the Cotto fight. He rates guys higher before a big fight so idiots that don't know better or people that don't really follow boxing think the guy is legit. **** Rafeal!

 

I called out Dan a while ago. Look how many people ran to his defense.
