Is Darren Sutherland still fighting on Friday's card?

    I'm sure I read on here that he was due to fight on the card down in Sunderland on Friday but he was apparently in a tough fight on the Booth card and looked quite poor.

    Anyone know if he's still fighting?

    decision was too be made on monday...we should hear it sometime today. he is hopeful he will box.

    i heard maloney say yes he would be on the card when buncey asked him on the boxing hour radio edition, i doubt it though

    his face deffo got some damage. even if he hadn't got the facial damage, i imagine they only scheduled the other fight if his previous had just been a blowout, which there was always a chance of given how unpredictable the standard of some of the no name eastern europeans can be.
