Is David Haye the signature fight that Wlad has been looking for?

You know, boxing is clearly not for you. Perhaps you should try golf.

Hamed has very good resume, and Haye was undisputed crusierweight champion. There is no credible argument against either of these facts.

Rico, you're a terrible poster, you bring nothing to this debate or to ESB as a whole.

I say it again...Golf is the sport for you, not boxing.

Rico is a genius, he describes Hamed, a man who never got knocked out or hurt in a fight, as being glass jawed. There is the proof right there that he knows absolutely **** all about anything, he is a clown.

Over the past few years I have heard nothing but bad about the heavyweight division. How boring it is, how it's full of robotic fighters from the former Soviet Union, how Wladimir Klitschko is a safety-first fighter, how insert fighter's name here would be a journeyman in eras past, how there aren't any big fights on the horizon, blah blah blah.

Well, now we have an interesting potential matchup with plenty of buzz surrounding it in Wladimir Klitschko vs. David Haye. This is the big fight we have been waiting for and now, the very people who have been ripping the heavyweight division, the fans, are sabotaging it because they want to see Haye earn his stripes against other fighters. FINALLY, 2 exciting fighters who can crack are willing to step up to the plate and give us what we've been asking for and it's not legit cuz Haye has only beaten Barrett as a heavyweight. It's almost as if no other fighter has ever moved up to get a direct title shot. Like there's no precedent.

Guess what, it appears as though Wladimir and Haye are going to fight. Far be it from me to ever say that something is good for the division because I don't feel that one fight can make or break a sport and what might be good for some can be bad for others, HOWEVER, I will say just this one time that Haye vs. Wladimir Klitschko is good for the heavyweight division. It is exactly the type of matchup that can inject life into the division that many feel (not I) is on life support.

Well, if Haye loses, it could be bad for the division. Let the buzz 'ferment' some.
