Is he ? He missed weight against delarosa ? He fought rios at 164lbs catch weight. Upon fighting stevens he rehydrated 18lbs. Coming in weighing at 178. During the weigh in with stevens he didnt look healthy at all . should he consider moving up to super mw or light heavyweight ?

Not big, just likes to eat a lot. Same with Saunders, both struggle to make 160 but both would be grossly undersized at 168.

He's not a super middleweight, he's just a party boy and single dad. He does seem to struggle to make the weight but realistically he's a natural middleweight.

I think he could do ok @ 168 though, I think he has elite power and out of all the 160lbers I think his power would be the most likely to travel up with him. I also think because of his dieting issues maybe he would be more effective @ the higher weight. Less fatigued @ the weight, he might even have a speed advantage as well. Probably too short and stumpy tbf, he's a pretty good fighter though.

Your first paragraph is absolutely pure garbage. Make sure to know what you're talking about before writing stupid things like this.

    Really, what don't you understand?

He struggles to make the weight because he doesn't live the life of an athlete, he likes to party and has real world problems of being a single dad.

He lives with an olympian in the Canadian diving team who's a nutrition freak. He is with her for about 2 years. He never been as serious as he is with his diet and training. Simple as that.

He never been a party animal. Just a guy that likes to eat too much. And that was before he met his girlfriend.

Lemieux is a middleweight, not a super middleweight..............Jacobs is a cruiserweight not a middleweight and should be fighting Charlo instead of a wino!

Really? It can't have been that long ago? I read an article that he was a single dad a lot less than 2 years for sure.
I have also seen press and fans a like claim he likes to hit the town and down a few.

TBH his new Mrs must be doing something wrong or David is cheating because his condition has gotten worse

Lemmy has fought as a MW a long time. It´s just natural to gain weight as he ages. But I think most of the top MW have the same challenge. Saunders is struggling as does Jacobs.

Some times they know when its time to move up but in Jacobs case, he is clearly bigger than any other MW at the moment and all the big money fights are at 160. I have a feeling he wont move up and will pay for it 2018.

IMO Charlo and Golovkin are in better position as both can make weight quite easily for the next two years, Charlo because of the youth and Golovkin because his natural size.
