Well, given hes beaten 20+ other professional heavyweights, some of them borderline world level, obviously hes not the worst fightet ever. He has some talent, but unfortunately this is offset by an hilarious little pea head, and a pair of hamster lungs, which means he cant take a punch nor take tough fights into the later rounds. Hes also a big stiff idiot who cant fight inside. Other than these things hes pretty good.

He's not even close to the worst fighter ever.

He's an average fighter who just happens to have the punch resistance of an old lady with cancer.

No, he's a very good fighter with world class power. He just seems to suffer really badly with nerves, and can't take a punch. Dave Allen found out the hard way that a focused David Price is a very hard man to beat.

This is a horrible thread and shows a big lack of knowledge from many posters on here.
In Europe and the UK especially, HWs tend to get rushed and either end up in tough draining fights before they have reached their potential or get badly burned out imo.
To give you some examples consider in D Chisoras first 21 fights he fought - D Haye, undefeated Fury, undefeated Helenius, undefeated M Scott, D Williams, S Sexton twice who was undefeated first time, V Klitschko and had also agreed to face W Klitschko in a fight that didnt happen.
Now if anyone doesnt think that could be draining for an up and coming HW then I cant say anymore.

Look at say D Whyte and the fighters he has fought in under 30 fights and still not had a title opportunity.

HWs get stepped up early in the UK and I think this unfortunately happened to Price.
Some fighters never seem the same again when the 0 goes.
In Prices 16th fight he was facing T Thompson in a massive step up but before that had faced McDermott, Harrison, Skelton, Dallas, Sexton, then suddenly facing a fighter with nearly 40 fights and all that experience when he was still learning.

If Price had of been given the same slow run in like many HWs get in other countries, I expect he could have gone further.

Consider in Prices 14th fight he was facing A Harrison who Wilder didnt fight until after Price had beaten him in a round, in his 28th fight.
The step up is considerably steeper

Consider in Wilders 16th fight he was facing a 6-6-0 fighter who debuted at SMW where as Price was thrown in with a then world rated HW who was then 36-3-0

With a name like 'Crumble' he should have known things weren't gonna end well.

Must have been susceptible to body shots as it appears he doesn't even have a face....

Hamster lungs lol.in all seriousness that’s his main problem, give him the stamina of Fury and he’d be a handful.
