I mean there's no denying the similarities. Both have been olympic champions, both have fragile chins & hearts, and both have failed miserably at world level. Thoughts????

    Price KO1 Harrison :bart

But seriously there aren't too many simularities, besides being massively hyped and failing.

They're a completely different breed, with one guy (Audley) being completely delusional outside of the ring and chokes once inside, extremely low punchoutput and keeps distance. The other (Price) comes forward and trows quite the arsenal (minus a jab) at his opposition trying to bomb them out as early as possible.

Price can have a fruitful career still, maybe even get a (legit and deserved) titleshot somewhere in the future.
His power is a great equalizer, he almost disposed of Tony in the 2nd. If that had happened, people wouldn't have known about him gassing out and still would have ranked him as a dangerous fighter. He has the power to bomb out a lot of fighters before his stamina gets into play, and can still make some waves that way.

Price is a lot better than Harrison he has made two big mistakes but even the Klitschko's have made mistakes like Wladimir v Sanders after that fight the comentaters were writing him off and saying he had a week chin but he has gone on to be a very good fighter, and price will get better, people are saying he has a glass chin but in the first fight he got hit bellow the ear and he was just shocked so didn't get up but in the rematch the ref could have just as easily stopped the fight when Thompson was lieing on the canvas but he didn't he chose to stop the fight when price took a few shots even when price didn't go down and could and should of fought on so it isn't anything to do with prices chin so he can still be a great fighter and can still be champ he will improve and his skill set will get better as well and he will get used to getting hit hard with experience like in sparring.

    Bad chin? Check.
    Lack of mental fortitude? Check.
Failure to live up to expectations? Check.

Only thing Price is missing is the ridiculous gold medal that Audley won in a completely barren amateur superheavyweight landscape.

Price needs to be schooled as a pro. Hopeless under pressure. Any half decent heavy with a decent defence could walk him down throwing shots. Price retreats back to ropes and waits until the salvo abates before engaging, much like Harrison in this regard. Saw footage on Bunces boxing hour of Lennox doing pad work with Price. Lennox pawing with slow motion overhand rights and Price cowering away rather than block or slip. He has obvious skills and advantages but the areas of weakness including zero head movement and below par fitness are massive red flags. When he sat down at the end of 4 he wasn't interested. He had decided there and then he was in **** street.

During the 5th round, when thompson unleashed a salvo of punches, price's defense mechanism was to cower and bend down like an ostrich digging its head in the sand. You could hear the brit commentator say "what on earth is price doing?":-(

They both **** a brick when they enter the ring and crumble when push comes to shove. It's a mental thing. Price at least has a chance to correct this if he recognizes it sooner rather than later.

Both have Glass Jaws both have no Heart and both were hyped up by the British public as being future Champions.

Price will soon be as irrelevant as Harrison is.
