the best fighter to have never won a world title? has he been a huge letdown or not got a fair chance?
Hes not that good but he has 2 things that have made him very dangerous and they are his immense chin and immense power. Against the top level boxers who know how to use their reach and height hes not effective.
Tua has great power and a granite chin but he's not really a great boxer.He's rather limited IMO but his power and chin will always give his a chance of beating anybody.I still think he could beat Haye but not the Klits
Sam Langford, Harry Wills ages ago...Bennie Briscoe...Tua isn't close to them. Golota also comes to mind I think he has great chance to outbox Tua.
Tua still has enough to give the K brothers a very interesting test. 2 more years till he hangs up the gloves. Could still be a few wars in that time!! Who else is there with that kind of power?
He's one of them, along with guys like Ike, Cooney, Shavers, Quarry and of course Langford. I know people love to praise Jack Johnson, but the fact is once he won the title he did the exact same thing his predecessors did; aviod black contenders. Granted he beat Langford years before, but during Johnson's reign Langford was without a doubt a top contender if not clearly the #1.

i really don't think so. He couldn't beat Rahman years ago. He looks good against weaker opponnents, but it's been ages since he's beaten even a top 20 guy.
he aint a good boxer but is decent fighter with huge punch i fink he has been unfortunate in who he has been mached against, he wud have beaten sam peter and oleg when they had the titles and maybe even a few others. lik mayweather says everything is timing. and he aint far off
He was good when he was at his top he got his chance twice he ****ed himself by getting fat and inactive
