I can't help but compare their resumes and see the one key similarity.....Neither fought the most successful HW which was active in their era.

No, i'm not referring to Anthony Joshua, but Wladimir Klitschko.

Joshua's reign thus far has been short, and when comparing with the great HW's of that era, his reign thus far is more Tyson than Lewis.

He's a poor mans Bowe, the way he's ducking the real champ. Plus, make no mistake about it, if the WBC enforced Body Snatcher Whyte that papery belt he has would be straight in the skip Fortunately for him Haymon has several brown envelopes marked WBC WILDER BODYGUARD COUNCIL

Bowe was easier to hit than Wilder and didn`t have his conditioning.

bowe is a much better boxer. he has wins over holyfield, golota, dokes, pinklon thomas, bert cooper, tyrell biggs, tony tubbs, bruce seldon, and a few more that are better fighters than what wilder has tasted. who on wilders resume up till now are you going to use to build up wilder in 10 years?

And yes, but Wilder is worse, he didn’t face Wladdy or AJ.

He does not like challenging himself and pretends otherwise.

Thus beers and food get chucked at him in public.

In my day we would of horse whipped him.

    Horse whipped I say!

Lennox didn't fight Wlad either...I thought you were talking about Bowe not fighting Lennox Lewis.

I'm comparing Bowe not fighting Lewis/Tyson with Wilder not fighting Wlad/Joshua.

Well he's refused two opportunities to become undisputed.

    How many did Bowe refuse?

Come on. Bowe's resume is legitimately weak for the level of fighter he was, outside of the Holyfield fight. Rattling names off means nothing without context. The second best guy he beat might be Larry Donald.

I tend to agree with a lot of this.....

But the problem Wilder has, is that his 'Holyfield' is Bermane Stiverne.
