I think Wilder might actually hit a bit harder than Bowe.

But Holy had hepatitis A for the 3rd Bowe fight which effects your energy levels. That stoppage was more to do with him being exhausted than anything else. Anyone can get KO'ed when exhausted even an iron chinned fighter like Evander.

If you want to match up Wilder vs a sub par Holyfield then yeah Wilder might KO him, fit prime Holyfield is another matter though.

Wlad and AJ were/are harder to hit than Bowe was and so is Wilder, Bowe`s in a bad way now because of the amount of shots he used to absorb.

The guy who AJ beat in the Olympics wouldn`t have been able to come back from the right hand that Wlad caught AJ with, that was the defining point of his career so far, he was never tested in his Olympic final like that, don`t forget under Olympic rules AJ vs Wlad would have ended after the third round, who was ahead on points at that stage, did AJ hit Wlad more in three rounds than he did his Olympic rival?!

Bowe holds the best win to date against Holyfield. There hasn't been a better win at HW since.

    That stoppage was premature.

That's true although i think Holyfield would have won the first fight with the same gameplan he had in the second, it would have always been a close fight.

Imo prime Holyfield is the best fighter from the 90s, he gave Lewis a competitive fight in their rematch in 1999 well
    past his prime.

Possibly , but Bowe lost hunger as his career went on and the fan man incident affected his performance too since the guy crashed into his pregnant wife.
Lewis did struggle and couldn't dominate a much more faded version of Holyfield. I think Bowe would have ran through both Holys from 1999.

Writing off Ortiz? Ortiz is a superior opponent to Stiverne. Please don't tell me you're one of those guys that criticized Wilder for not fighting Ortiz and then switched up and turn Ortiz into some nobody journey man once the fight was announced.
As far as Bowe is concerned, he was, in my opinion a big disappointment. The ultimate under achiever. His career is far gone and over, Wilder on the other hand has much time to get big fights under his belt before he's done. I believe he's on the right track, Ortiz, now Fury and I'm sure him and AJ will lock horns before the end of 2019. Not the greatest resume but, it has the potential to be decent at the end of the day.

Is that why Bowe dropped his belt in the bin than face Lewis.
