A youtube boxing trainer called Guru Barry has made a vid showing how Wilder didn`t train properly by not doing preps on his base and movement, can he come back from this and at 34 does he have enough time?

No, he's not done yet. But if he lost to Fury again, that would be the end. I would actually go after the AJ fight if I were Wilder.

And there should be no excuses coming from Wilder's side. He was ill against Ortiz (He wasn't), broke his right hand in the build-up to the first Fury fight, was ill in the build-up to the first Fury fight and now they are blaming the ring walk costume, he didn't train properly, and in his interview he said 'a bunch of things weren't right'. I'm having none of it. He lost fair and square.

Did Michael Grant come back after his loses? Yes he did. Wilder can still continue to do whatever he was doing knocking out bums after losing rounds.
He will just wait untill Fury self destructs and leaves the sport.

No, he isn't finished. But it's a very long way back, a really tough way back, Wilder has to do what AJ did, take a slap and get revenge.

Problem is, it isn't Ruiz, its Tyson Fury.

Honestly, If I was Wilder I wouldn't take the immediate rematch, that was so one sided I don't see a way he reverses that result.

As a reflex/ambush/sniper type fighter Wilder is not made to see old bones at the highest level. He will be 35 this year.

Can he reclaim his title, of course he can. The 3rd fight is there if he wants it, and if Fury comes in injured or complacent he has a chance.

I dont see him being a top level HW if he loses the 3rd Fury fight or doesnt take the 3rd fight. I dont see him coming back and working his way back into a champion at his age and with his style. Injuries are really going to bite for him now too.

Let's see how bad he got hurt. Looked to me maybe his jaw got hurt as well as his ear. He was spitting blood early in the fight.

He's 34. I think he can come back. I'm glad they stopped the fight. The prolonged beatings end up ruining a fighter.

I think many are too quick to call a fighter who loses "done".

Props to Wilder for taking the rematch. He has tons of heart and toughness.

As far as a rematch, I'd rather watch Fury vs Joshua.

He is far from finished. Still dangerous, still freakishly athletic and tough. I’d be disappointed and surprised if he didn’t come back strong. Boxing is all about the comeback. We witnessed one of the best comebacks last night. A could years ago, everyone counted Fury out and now he’s on top of the sport. I hope Wilder gets back to 100% and fights all of the top guys.

He's at a crossroads due to his age. The good news is that Fury is the only guy in the division who can lie on him the way Fury can, and he's also one of the few who has a reach advantage (even small). But Wilder has now been beaten up and will turn 35 soon. I think he has more victories ahead, but I doubt he'll ever hold a belt again.

Did Grant beat top 10 contenders after losing to Lewis? He never fought for a world title ever again.
