Stiverne 1. Wilder proved that he can flip the script. He showed that he can use the more scientific approach.
But now it´s all about setting up that right hand, and can you blame him? He keeps KTFO people with it.

He appears to be on his way, but he needs stiffer competition, no more rerun opponents. Only time will tell in time, hopefully soon, because father time waits for no one.

No, it's Nicolay Valuev and by huge margin

Wilder is actually talented/gifted - he has enormous power in his right hand, good hand speed and good reflexes. He is gifted fighter but has poor skills and low boxing IQ

Look at that face. Wilder did that to Arreola when Wilder had a broken right hand and a torn bicep, both of which required surgeries to repair.

We're in an era where guys like Joshua and Fury and Ruiz lose titles because they're "too stressed with fame" ... and Wilder is beating guys down even though he has a broken hand and a torn bicep.

And there are still nonsense threads like this trying to bash him.

Wilder is the best heavyweight in the world. WBC champion for five years. 10 straight successful defenses. The hardest puncher in boxing history. The longest reigning champ currently in boxing. About to make his 11th straight WBC heavyweight championship title defense in February.

And he pulled that off, because he keeps fighting with broken hands and torn biceps.

    Wilder is a real fighter.

People should be embarrassed even starting threads like this.

Well to say he has zero boxing skills is crazy because he has basic footwork, timing, speed, lateral movements and understanding of the ring. I will say his boxing IQ is limited and low but he only needs that one punch this is why he had a difficult time with Gypsy King.

There are a lot more skilful football players than Cristiano Ronaldo but his athletic abilities such as speed, strength and jumping allow him to be one of the top two players in the world. Like Wilder he often does nothing for whole matches but will then unleash a hard accurate shot at goal. Also like Wilder he'll often shoot wildly many times before landing a sweet unstoppable shot.

Both athletes are also highly disciplined and determined.

Wilder will never be confused with Ali, but his power can’t be denied. He is definitely talented. He’s not knocking guys out with his personality. The has ATG power in his punches and if he catches anyone, he can end the fight. I’m not a fan of his style overall but you have to give the man his due. Is massive KO power not considered talent in today’s boxing? The sport involves fighting and Wilder has KOd all opponents but one. Whoever beats him is going to have to walk though fire.

Not everyone, only the bums he fights.
The only decent chin fighter he fought was Stevern 1 and maybe Dupuah, and he couldn't drop them.
