Both seem to be into making negotiations for fights such an ongoing drawn out saga that by the time the fight actually happens (if it does) a lot of people are just sick and tired of it and just want it over and done with.

How was Haye overrated when winning WBA WBC WBO Ring CW titles and the WBA HW title all within something like 24 fights. Often as the away fighter.
Or Joshua in winning WBA WBO IBF HW titles against 3 different fighters

Just curious to how you draw the conclusion and interested for you to tell me who isnt overrated in your opinion and why

 

You're absolutely right mate. Fair play. Before Haye fought Wlad I thought he was a 6ft10 brawler with a 96 inch reach and Forman-like power in both hands. I guess hindsight really is 20-20.

 

Except Vitali won most of the rounds he fought, Wilder gets out boxed by virtual nobodies and relies on his power bailing him out.

Does a “generation” separate them when they are 4-5 years apart in age?

Wilders already done something which David Haye hasn’t at HW, that was take on a top name. Hayes run at HW was disappointing, the only live opponent he fought was Wlad and we know how that turned out.
