    He beat Sam Sexton twice.

Sexton was the favorite both times

Both times it was fairly even, but Chisora got the stoppage basically by going mental and windmilling a gassed sexton.

He then got Schooled By Tyson Fury

No disputing it, it's a fact

    He then lost/beat Helenius

Who is an overrated plank of wood, and also had an injured arm

He then got Schooled by Vitali Klitschko

Who is 40 years old and had one arm

Del Boy needs to come to America or Europe and fight some domestic level fighters. He's fought 3 of his last 4 against top 10 guys and come up short twice, once due to taking a fight on a drug/alcohol binge and completely outta shape.
If he'd come to the US he could go on and fight Walker, Witherspoon, Butler, Quezada, then maybe Oquendo. Run a string of wins together, 2 against Blevel, and 2 against the Clevel.

Then he could go back to Europe, at 29 y/o and challenge for his old BBOC title or even the EBU title. Win in, then challenge on the world level again.

Too much too soon will turn him into a journeyman before he's able to break the mold.:rofl

Would Del-Boy be let into the US with his (criminal) record?

Earl Hickey is a fake Brit who cannot handle Chisora's slick, black, homosexual style.

I find it funny you have written that helenius had an injured arm but failed to say how out of shape chisora was vs tyson fury, dereck is 1 of a few men who took it to vitali and did well so i'm still trying to find where the hell your "domestic journeyman" phrase even comes in ?

An in-shape Chisora is one of the best heavyweights out there (clearly better than somebody like Robert Helenius). He's definitely a world class talent right now.

    Chisora:

Grade B Contender (when in-shape physically)

    &

Grade C Journeyman (when flabby & overweight)

Chisora is nothing but a domestic level journeyman if we were in the 90s era.
