Lineras had something left. Dude was top notch in his prime. Good at making guys pay for their mistakes. Lineras still had one good shot in him and he executed it well. Haney looked everything elite up until he got clipped. It happens. He's young and maybe he learns from his mistakes. It's boxing, people are trained to punch each other. I find it funny, that when a guy gets clipped, all of the sudden he's nothing special. As far as boogy man goes, your assessment was spot on.
The only chance Devin Haney has of being a “boogeyman” Is getting a acting job for a role known as the boogeyman cause he ain’t gonna be one in boxing
You have an AMERICAN fighter in your profile. Secondly your user name is based off an AMERICAN fighter. The irony is killing me
Yeah that’s great for him seeing what he went through. We all know BOTH Klitchko, Shultz, the 7ft guy who fought Holy(can’t remember his name) wouldn’t draw a fraction Tyson would because most Eastern European fighters and international fighters are generally unmarketable.
Wow! This guy is fighting at Jr. Middleweifht size as a lightweight. His lack of power amazes me even more. This is why Loma, a guy who can make 126 without killing himself is crazy for fighting guys who put weight him by 20lbs. He’d still kill Haney but it’s dangerous to fight these weight bullies without a rehydration limit. I’m still a fan of Haney but he needs to fight guys his own size eventually. Although Crawford did something similar in his day.
I'm clearly talking about the present. litterly no one would say American fighters of the past didn't fight the best.
Doesn’t matter past present or future. I don’t recall GGG going out his way to make big fights, if I’m not mistaken he ducked an American for years. Don’t blame the sports problems on America.
it clearly dose matter smart man, your putting words in my mouth otherwise. And yes ggg is a glorified recycling plant, your incredibly observative for sussing that one out.
What type of question is it? it's the equivalennte to say that Caleb Plant is the boogeyman of SuperMiddle.
Well he would know and Bill Haney who would also know was right there to dispute his claim and tell him he was wrong and he didn't. He's easily 150-ish. The guy is huge and you can tell he rehydrates a lot just from looking at how ill he looks on the scales. Crawford was coming in as high as 153 down at 135 and Commey has come in at least as high as 154.
I keep saying the same. The likes of Haney and Teofimo are natural 147 pounders who look like death on the scales. The true test of fighter's worth who are massive for the weight is when they start fighting opponents their own size, bigger and much bigger the later of which Loma has been doing routinely. Loma never looked a warmed up cadaver on the scales down at 126, let alone at 130 and above.
