That sounds about right to me. Toughness or no, he's like 28 now and quite experienced and hasn't improved in a few years. At this point, he's a finished product, and he'll never be more than a fringe top 10 guy.

After he lost to Chambers, and Wlad put Chambers to sleep after chasing him around the ring..........Dimitenko is a nonfactor.

The undefeated contender Wlad is after is a much more credible choice.

    a>b>c doesnt always work.

mosley, mayorga, forrest is a great example.

dmitrenko is far better than chisora.

Haha, that's weird because he was still standing with the Ukrainian flag a year ago:

He's from Crimea though, and those guys generally want to be Russian.

OK, it doesn't always work, but it's not like Dimitrenko has ever shown anything hinting at a possible chance of beating Wlad. His best wins were a 40 year old Hoffmann, who gave him a tough fight for three rounds and hurt him, and Krasniqi, who was obliterated by Thompson in his previous fight. Against Chambers, Dimitrenko didn't look like he actually wanted to be there, let alone wanting to win the fight. I think that any fighter who might really try to win is better than Dimitrenko. Say what you will about Vitali's outclassed opponents Arreola and Sosnonwski, they kept trying hard until they got stopped. I doubt Dimitrenko would do that. Chamber's punches discouraged him early, what would Wlad's first right hand do?

It won't happen, Dimitrenko will fight Sosnowski.

Gomez, Chisora, Thompson, Tua, Toney, and Welliver are the remaining candidates.

    man screw Dimitrenko
since he got schooled by "cruiserweight" eddie chambers.... hes sat on his ass and fought 1 time in 15 months against the dangerous and world known Yaroslav Zavorotnyy with all of 14 wins. so yes, lets reward him for doing nothing
