You're the one calling others haters and in the next post, you do the same thing. :patsch

Dirrell can box whoever he wants but for Christsake, not live on TV!
The guy has a very strong amateur pedigree, he doesn't have to face bums at this stage of his career. It could ruin him. He has to face guys that will challenge him and make him learn things. The step is much too big between his last opponents and the elite of the division. That's not hating him to say that. They did exactly the same thing with Jean Pascal and he lost when he finally stepped up. I think Pascal could have won against Froch if he had been prepared before to face stronger oppositlon.

Dirrell is 26, almost 27...and he's got 18 fights under his belt, and he's beaten some good joureymen, and soon, it will be time to step it up. First he needs to take on a top 30 fighter and then a top 20 fighter, and in a year's time or so, he needs to fight a top 10 fighter.

No need for the lad to be rushed...by the end of next year, he should be fighting for a title, and he should be fighting to win it and defend it a couple of times, not to get lucky and maybe win it...

Ward, however, is only 25...there's nothing wrong with him learning his trade for another year or so before he steps it up. It's a strong division and when you step up, you have to be ready to remain up. I'd take my time a bit, if I were him, and get some nice experience under my belt before going for the contenders...

    :good

Hanshaw has more than a decent record on paper. He's actually a pretty good fighter.

This is my point...The guys that come on the site and bash guys like Dirrell and Ward are fans of guys like Kessler, and Bute. Its funny because take away the fight with Calzaghe in which Kessler lost anyways and there isnt a whole lost of difference in what Dirrell has done compared to what Kessler has done...In over twice as many fights Kessler has barely faced better opponents.

Ic there are alot of Dirrell doubters here.. WEll he's the truth...

He's beaten Stevens, Hanshaw, and Oganov who was being hyped like **** for awhile.. Why doesnt dirrel get any credits for those fights? His resume till now looks decent and he's ready to step up bigtime..

Dirrell and KEssler are the only two fighters who can give Green a good fight.

Kobe you have to admit that this fighter tonight was a carbon copy of that stevens dude..such a mismatch shouldnt be on showtime tho.

At least that sevens cat got a couple shot inthere, the guy last night couldnt land a SINGLE glove on him

Dirrell has also been cursed by bad luck. David Banks (his original opponent) stepped out at the last minute and would've made for a boring but important fight for Dirrell. How would he fight someone so awkward and defense oriented?

He was supposed to fight Inkin after Inkin disposed of Zuniga...but Balsay killed that.

The guy certainly isn't afraid to step it up..he just can't seem to get the fight for some reason.

The only thing Stevens and Findley have in common is that they're both black. That's about it.

Stevens is a crude slugger with definite power, Findley isn't even good enough to have a style.

Dirrell has really earned that nickname THE MATRIX... The way he moves and switches from southpaw to conventional stance so effortlessly is beautiful to watch...

    Yup he's the Matrix.
