If you mindless euros actually read my post I said Kessler would win but he wont be outboxing **** in the middle of the ring. The guy has only beaten other euros his entire career. He has not seen a whole lot of slick fighters.

Dirrell will probably get a title shot or eliminator later this year, so yes he will fight the top guys but I guess he has no problems staying busy against guys he could've beat in his pro debut.

He has beat a few of those short squat guys-Oganov, Stevens, and Findley.

Its only his 18th fight so no worry really.

I'd like to see him step up and face Miranda or Allan Green soon.

But his competition so far is fine.

Well that was the same thing that people were saying about Calzaghe..We wont know until he climbs in the ring with one of them...but going from what I have seen of Dirrell, barring that he gets waxed but the likes of Bute or Kessler he would beat them..Really the only thing still out about Dirrell is his chin vs world class fighters, his skills and talent isnt at question.

There are different rules for different fighters...Dirrell's resume is better though 18 fights then all of the guys that are at the top of supermiddle right now. People that are making the comments about how weak his resume is should really check it out.

Exactly, Dirrell has moved at a nice pace.

Hanshaw, Oganov, and Stevens isn't a bad list for a guy with 18 fights.

He's ready for a step up in his next fight and possibly a title shot the fight or two after that.

Extremely boring fight. Now he needs to step it up ASAP. Showtime should not show such a fight.

:nono Bute faced Bika at his 19th fight and won his world title at his 20th. Dirrell's next fight is his 19th. The problem for me is that his opposition was good, Hanshaw, Oganov, that was in the right direction, and then since he's in the top ten he's only facing tomato cans. That won't prepare him for the big names of the division. If I were a fan of his, I would be worry.

Neither Dirrell nor Ward will be involved in a title fight or an eliminator earlier than summer 2010, I'm pretty sure of that...

Dirrell hasn't fought anything other than bums, if thats the standard you set for a bum.

    Keep that in mind.

I'm sure he did. But then again Kessler has fought world class opponents at super middle.

    Dirrell has not.

    Sorry.

Drink a coffee, come back to your keyboard and try to write something intelligent. Bute was not KTFO, he was knocked down and was up at 8. What you call bums fighting Kessler would give a hard time to the best American SMW. Kessler didn't ran from Miranda, his promoter decided to make him face someone else. You don't know that because you don't know much about boxing. Obviously.

Actually, thats pretty much exactly what Palle is, and Palle holds his contract. Thats a legal contract to promote a certain number of fights, so regardless of what Kessler wants Palle has the final say. Kessler has told him the fights he wants and threatened to leave, which is why there have been legal proceedings. If you'd have looked into this objectively and read up instead of basing your ramblings on preconcieved bias you would be able to draw a fair conclusion.
