If ODH fights him, the mexicans would denounce him as mexican(after the fight of course) they probably think he can beat oscar. I personally think ODH can beat him without using his right hand. Jr is a generic version of ODH. I know he is a lefty fighting orhtodox, I just know it. He has a ***gy right hand. Sometimes he can get some pop off it, the other times it is limp.

Some of you people act as if there is something wrong with being in this for the money. I would say that Oscar De La Hoya is obviously in this sport still for his legacy, as well as money. Do you think these guys would box for free? Every man is all about money, especially when you have the ability to make so much. Do you know how addictive that can get? Everytime that you fight, you make millions of dollars. No matter how much money you make, you know that you can fight again and make even more. That would be so hard to pass up. I sure don't see anything wrong with people taking fights for the money, isn't that what people live off of? People take care of their families with? I say, if you can make 40 million dollars fighting someone who you know isn't on your level, DO IT!

There is no point to this fight, maybe in mid 2009; and even then Oscar would have to carry CHavez Jr. a few rounds before knocking him out.

This fight makes sense for both parties, as it would generate money. It would be the most profitable no-risk fight for Oscar out there and it'd be a good oppertunity for not exactly a stellar talent to have his first big payday.

As for the fight itself, Chavez Jr is younger. Oscar is faster, stronger, possesses better punching technique and footwork, and can win this match with just his jab. That's my take on it, anyway.

 

I think Presscot is really Vargas that is the only logical explaination for him to be here all day talking about Oscars man parts, but its not limited to just Oscar, Jack loves to talk about all kinds of dick huh Jack?
