His man management skills have always struck me as being very good. If you listen to any of his interviews he has a way of using words which seem very motivating, so I can see why a lot of young fighters have improved under him. Dubois for example looks like a different fighter he commits to his punches a lot more now and this could play a role in determining the outcome against AJ. Thoughts?

I wouldn't say he is underrated. Don is a good trainer, nothing special, but he can get the best out of his fighter. Seems like a good man too.

Has Charles trained anyone from scratch? I know he had/has a close relationship with Chisora spanning many years. They seem like chalk and cheese but they have had a close relationship for a lot of years.

Charles talks a lot about religion, which is at odds with me, but I think he is a really nice guy. His interviews are good.
