Yes and he has enouigh names at and around his weight to cement himself as a true, legitimate atg. If he thoroughly cleans out 122 and then moves up and cleans out 126 then forget about it, he's easily top 50 all time.

He's got the talent and more importantly the ambition to make that happen. If he fights three or four times a year for the next few years he'll have an amazing legacy, assuming the Top Rank/Golden Boy tiff gets straightened out.

 

Yes definitely. Elite prime fighters like Darchinyan and Montiel were supposed to be stiff tests for Nonito and he just steamrolled over them. Imo has always been the best fighter from the Phillipines. Magnificent fighter. If he beats Mares and Rigo he'll be considered a legend. Mares tho can be what Basilio was to SSR. I cant wait for Mares-Nonito. Tho I'm also a fan of the talented Rigo, I still need to see him beat a proven fighter like Agbeko or Moreno.
