    Yes or No
Is that the reason why he pick multi titled Nishioka over fearless Rigondeaux?

This issue is going to be a moot point really soon. Rigondeaux is going to lose his next fight to Robert Marroquin.

They both have fights scheduled so no, they're not ducking. Rigondeaux is fighting his age and he's in desperate need of a big fight. He wants a shortcut to the top instead of fighting his way there. In all honesty, Rigondeaux need to step up a bit himself and stop looking at Donaire. He's been fighting a bunch of nobodies lately.

Nishioka is a very tough opponent and I don't see how anyone can have a problem with this fight. I would have been disappointed if he fought Arce, and Nishioka is a huge upgrade from that.

Maybe in a fight or 2, I want to see them take on each other. In the mean time, Rigondeaux need to step up and stop acting so desperate.

Rigondeaux was going to pad his lowly pro record with the winner of Scott Quigg and Rendall Munroe (who Nishioka already outclassed)

but that fight ended in a NC. i wonder who he'll fight next after his next fight

Actually, Rigondeaux's next opponent is far from a nobody. Robert Marroquin is a young, hungry, and very dangerous fighter, who will present problems for Rigondeaux, especially if Rigondeaux is not fully prepared and underestimates Marroquin.

In fact, if Marroquin beats Rigondeaux, I would not be surprised at all.

This guy? Please. He's typical cannon fodder for top fighters. Tough, but limited. He's open to nearly everything that was thrown at him. Look at how many punches he got hit with, and he was fighting a bum.

I'd be shocked if he wins a round or makes to past the 6th round.
